UPON ARRIVAL
Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Arriving before your treatment will allow time to fill out proper paperwork.
Arriving late will limit the time for your treatment. Treatment(s) may need to be customized due to the new allotted time or may need to be rescheduled. Your treatment will end on time to not delay other scheduled clients.
We ask that you keep your cell phones off or on silent while inside the clinic and during services. This is to prevent the disruption of services of yourself and other clients. Please make prior arrangements for child care. For the safety of your children, we request they do not accompany you to your appointment.
Please notify, during the time of booking of any health conditions or concerns. This could include high blood pressure, diabetes, allergies or any other medical conditions that may interfere with the treatment. Some services are not recommended during pregnancy/ breastfeeding, please note this information at the time of booking.
CANCELLATIONS
Kindly, cancel your appointment a minimum of 24 hours prior to the treatment date. No-shows will be subject to pay a service charge.
